I had trouble going to the toilet for a year. Sometimes it goes away, but back. I also want to lose weight, and someone said that the colon cleanser helped them lose 20 pounds. What are the cleaning of the colon and what you really better? Should I continue this? I also tried the green tea and my stomach does not want Balerina cleaner with the colon. I had stomach pains and diarieah. Please help.

Colon cleansers are laxatives. They do not help to lose a second, 20 pounds, either. Only a healthy diet of salads, fruits, whole grain bread, etc. and you forget all these things. Try Activia yogurt and acidophilus milk as soft.
