Here is a recipe for healthy bones wing:

Ingredients
1 pound skinless chicken breasts
2 egg whites
Bread crumbs 1 1 / 4 cups corn flakes

Arrival

Chicken wings are very fatty (and delicious!). There is no way to make it healthier. Perhaps make hot chicken strips instead of chicken
