I had major diarrhea and throwing up yesterday, what is the best way to get rehydrated? - woke up with diarrhea and vomiting

Yesterday I woke up with diarrhea and vomiting, I basically slept all day and all night. But this morning I am so sick and dehydrated, I feel like if they only lose consciousness. What is the best what to do to feel better?

The Sprite, ginger ale, 7-Up.

Avoid Caffine.

Eat simple foods, like rice.

Start with a little coke. For some reason, that settles the stomach better than nothing. Is this in line with you, try Gatorade and some crackers. Avoid energy drinks like Red Bull, for now, because they are full of caffeine which can also affect your stomach.

Gatorade. The blue seems easier on the stomach. Try some ginger ale and crackers. But Gatorade is def. the best way to rehydrate ... I did not swallow. We hope you feel better!

Toast, applesauce, bananas and rice are natural methods to relieve abdominal pain and diarhhea. Also ginger ale will work.
