Table Number Cards Can I Just Create Larger Cards Somehow Of Seating Info?

Can I just create larger cards somehow of seating info? - table number cards

I do not want people to say exactly what seat to sit at the table, but ... Is there another way of saying, plus a table with 100 cards in a row with their table number .... Can a game table, reading the names ... What alternatives can we do? I take care of just sitting on our mothers, grandmothers, aunts and uncles

There are many different ways to do it. What we did was to buy small cards with the names and the number of tables and had a large table (in alphabetical order) outside the room, you will get your name and walks with tables had a number of them, they were easily to recognize. Everyone on the account. I have attended weddings, where large posters showing the layout of the table and who sits where. Several different forms of communication to the allocated seats.

The individual owners are really the best option. Can keep in alphabetical order at the entrance of the hall and the people they pick up and find their table. Most people know the routine and just take your card and go, do not think I ever at a wedding, where a crowd gathered on the table. From personal experience I would like to have on the card, because I found my table and then put my card in the place where I would rest, then go for a drink, mix, losing, etc., and not worry about my seat.

An alternative is to create a poster that the guest list in alphabetical order, with the number following table. The lobby is rather an easel that could be used. I think it creates a lot more to the table, but it is an option. You can also open have reserved tables and chairs for children who want in one place. There are many pros and cons of the embargo.

Well, if the list with the number of the table, we need to see his name. That does not make much sense. The idea is to get the card from their seats and on his chart table. Just do it so - it is really not a better way.

There can be only one seat open to all, where they want to seat. Put maybe 3 or 4 "is" reserved to specific tables and let your family know where they can sit. Customers can sit where space is available. It does not hurt to an usher or have two partners.

Place the cards in alphabetical order of last name, and someone at the table to help people find their cards.

People do not wait mind on your card.
